We cannot take responsibility for order and delivery delays outside our organization's control, or for delays that occur as a result of events such as fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster, war, invasion, civil war, rebellion, riot, terrorist activities, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
We'll never dispatch a product in damaged packaging. Even so, when your order arrives or you pick it up, please take a moment to check that the outer packaging and the adhesive Scandia-signed tape are intact - this helps avoid receiving a faulty or non-fully functioning product. Once you've signed to receive the product, it's accepted as-is, and no claims about packaging or general condition can be made after that point.
