Return Window
14 days
from the invoice date is the window to return a product, as long as it's unused and in its original condition.
To make a return, you'll need:
- Proof of purchase (your invoice)
- The product unused, exactly as it was when you received it
- Your return submitted within 14 working days of the invoice date
If a Product Shows Signs of Use
20%
Scandia has the right to withhold 20% of the product's value if it has been used, or if it's not returned in its original condition.
What Can't Be Returned
The following are not eligible for returns:
Personal Care Products
Clippers, razors, electric toothbrushes, hair removal machines.
Services & Labour
Installation cost, service labour, delivery, product maintenance.
Consumables for Used Appliances
Washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerators, ovens, hobs, microwaves, food preparation appliances.
