Multifunction Plus, Combined Steam and 100% Steam modes are all available, with no special installation needed thanks to a front-mounted water reservoir. Steam cooking helps preserve a dish's vitamins, mineral salts, flavour and consistency.
Choose a preprogrammed recipe and enter the weight of the dish, and the oven automatically determines the appropriate cooking mode along with the ideal temperature and cooking time, down to the minute.
Despite its 40-litre volume, this oven matches what traditional full-size ovens can do. Its Multifunction Plus modes include a dedicated "Bread" setting, letting you bake soft, golden, crusty bread whenever you like.
The four-paneled glass Cool Door provides anti-scalding protection — even in pyrolysis mode, door temperature stays under 60°C, for real peace of mind during everyday use.
Two pyrolytic cleaning functions are available: Pyro-Turbo, which circulates air throughout the cavity for a more thorough clean, and Pyro Eco, a shorter 1 hour 30 minute cleaning cycle.
