A genuine Fissler cooking valve for older Vitaquick® pressure cookers, supplied with its valve base seal and silicone membrane. The cooking valve is a key part of your pressure cooker's safety system, so always use original Fissler parts.
This valve is for the older Vitaquick® pressure cookers. Fissler describes it as suitable for old Vitaquick® models up to 2002 and 2010.
Vitaquick® pressure cookers made from 2010 onwards use a different cooking valve (Fissler 600-000-00-700/0). If you are not sure which valve your pressure cooker needs, please ask in store or contact Fissler customer service before purchasing.
