Returns for the products can be made only with a presentation of proof of purchase, provided that the products have not been used and the product condition is at exactly the state when originally purchased, and no longer than within fourteen (14) working days from the invoice date.
SCANDIA has the right to withhold 20% of the product value if the product has been used or if the condition is not in its original condition.
No returns will be accepted to products used as:
1. Personal care products (clippers, razors, electric toothbrushes, hair removal machines)
2. Installation cost, service labour, delivery, product maintenance
3. Consumables for used appliances (washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerators, ovens, hobs, microwaves, food preparation appliances)
