With a 20 litre capacity and a modern, elegant design, this electric mini oven takes on many of the jobs of a full-size built-in oven while sitting straight on the counter. A multi-position thermostat adjusts from 100°C up to 230°C.
Choose between top heat, bottom heat, top and bottom together, or any of those paired with convection, giving six ways to match the heat to what is cooking.
The convection setting circulates heat for faster, more even cooking that leaves food fragrant outside and moist inside, while the static top and bottom settings give a slower, more delicate bake for dishes that need to cook through and dry out evenly.
