The Always-On Retina display uses OLED with LTPO technology and reaches 1000 nits peak brightness, so the time and your data stay readable even in bright sunlight. The Ion-X front glass is 4 times more crack resistant than the one on Apple Watch SE 2.
With a water resistance rating of 50 metres, Apple Watch SE 3 is made for swimming in a pool or the ocean. It tracks pool and open water swims with splits, SWOLF score and automatic stroke detection, and it should not be used for scuba diving or high-velocity water sports.
